Lavender Jelly

The first in our new range of flower jellies, Lavender was launched in 2013. 

This popular jelly has already won the coveted ‘3-star’ award from the Guild of Fine Food's 'Great Taste Award' (of the 10,000 entered for this award, only 125 received the prestigious 3 star accolade).
Believed to be a favourite of Queen Elizabeth I's, this beautifully set jelly makes a wonderful accompaniment to pork or duck. Baste at the end of roasting. Alternatively, fold into whipped cream for scones, or for a real treat, try a spoonful in a cup of hot chocolate.
