We sustainably handpick sloes and steep them for a year before decanting. As we work with the season and what it has to offer, sometimes we just can’t collect enough for the demand. Being sustainable means not over picking and leaving some for the birds.

An all-time classic, this traditional Christmas drink is equally enjoyable through the seasons, before or after supper. Not overly sweet - add a splash to sparkling wine for a special aperitif. 200ml. We use real sloes, sustainably hand picked from West Country hedgerows. Steeped in gin and sugar for over a year before decanting, we don’t use any ‘essence’ of sloes - just the fruit, the whole fruit and nothing but the fruit.
