Made using the tiny berries from the Hawthorn tree. Collected sustainably - we leave lots for the birds and wildlife. Having acres of land to forage from ensures we need not over pick from one hedge and can pick from different areas each year.

This sweet jelly is a natural accompaniment to roasts or great with cheese. Use on toast, scones or biscuits. The taste is like a combination of apple and rosehip.

Like all our produce, it’s made without the addition of commercial pectin, we used a few windfall apples to add to the hawthorns for a clear and natural set.
