Made with wild rosehips. Rosehips are high in Vitamin C and in wartime were given to children as a syrup to boost immunity.  Like all our jellies, it’s made in small batches using apple as a natural gelling agent (pectin). Relatively sweet, it’s the ultimate compliment, balancing well with cheese, cold meats and the Sunday roast.
